Renovations Complete

 

The parking lots have been repaired, leveled, sealed, coated, and striped. In addition to the exterior remodel we will also be adding more amenities for present and future residents.

These include an :

off lease dog park:

with many agility devices, a self serve dog wash.

A fully equipped playground

a safe and fun area for the kiddos.

Upgrades to the commons area:

a large composition deck with electric grills, under the trees adjacent to the pool area with furniture and smokers, and adding basketball hoops to our sports court.

Our 30 year old boiler will be replaced with a brand new tank less rinnai gas heaters.

Safety

As well, the fencing and a security access gate system for which you will be issued remote controls.

There will also be brand new exterior/security lighting across the property.

Spa

We have already installed a new spa heater and wired it so it is available for your use, along with new pool furniture.
