As well, we are adding fencing and a security access gate system for which you will be issued remote controls.
for residence, you must update the office with the phone number to be programmed into the system for guest(s) to call in access to visit you.
There will also be brand new exterior/security lighting across the property.
We have already installed a new spa heater and wired it so it is available for your use, along with new pool furniture.
